The MacLeans lived in the home at least until Mildred's death in 1966. The Massellas lived in the home from 1975 until 2006, where it was sold to the Steas for $325,000. They sold the home to the Donofrios in 2012 for $475,000, and they sold the home to the Urbanis in 2015 for $499,000. The Urbanis sold the home to the current owners in 2021 for $660,000.
